This hotel is reasonably priced and has excellent staff who are always very helpful and provide great service. It’s also conveniently located just 0.5 km from London Heathrow airport, making it easy to access. 👍.

the venue is quaint little, food is outstanding, fantastic location near the train station. the room is fashionable and modern with comfy bed. the hotel provided a very good customer service during our trip. moreover, free wi-fi is available.

Accommodation was decent sized and nicely decorated with really polite staff who was always very helpful & for excellent service...

The room here was well-equipped with a nice size, including an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning.

The staff was very friendly. Airco was very effective and we had a big nice room. Not all rooms seemed to be of that size. Hotel was very clean and beds and bathroom were very good. Since we arrived at the hotel at 23:00, staff offered us free tea.

The breakfast was ok but not diverse enough to enjoy it a whole week. Coffee was bad. The music during breakfast (on TV) was too loud. They have a tiny little bar. To go to the city, you need to climb a steep hill to get to the public transport (tram). They have a beautiful roof terrace but it is not used. Staff told us it would open within 2 months time. I had asked via email for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport but they didn't show up. A taxi brought us to the hotel for 35 LIRA. Metro and tram is also an option if you arrive during the day.

The restaurant offers affordable food, freshly made breakfast with coffee, and a variety of meats; the staff here are friendly, polite, and deliver exceptional service.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Turkey. In all repects (except for limited amenities..no computer access, pool gym etc)

The location is fantastic, right next to the Noble Leather store! the breakfast was freshly made and pretty good, and the check-in process was smooth and early. 😊.

Staff are very very friendly. The food is great. Very clean rooms and free Wifi. I liked the hotel and the staff. After a month I go to Istanbul for business again and I will choose this hotel. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is well situated near the major attractions (Topkapi, Blue Mosque, Aghia Sofia). It is a design hotel rather comfortable and modern. It is very clean. We stayed there for 2 nights before our trip to Cappadocia and 2 nights after.

Staff at reception are not much professional. Breakfast is Turkish: not friendly for diabetic people: no fresh juice and no sweetener. No croissants: but if you like cheese and pastrami and Turkish dishes it is copious. Electricity has problems during the night when it is hot (most probably due to overload)

Hotel is clean. The hotel's restaurant meals were very tasty and personnel are very good.

The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the city, near all the main attractions. Many restaurants and activities to do in the area. the room was clean and well-furnished, the bathroom was also spacious and had all you needed. Breakfast was decent with good variety. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to help us with any requests. We enjoyed the view from our room and the facilities provided were great.

The hotel could have had more aesthetically pleasing decor.
